I have been fortunate to have received sessions of EMF over the phone. There is not a doubt in my mind that these "distance sessions" have been every bit as powerful and effective as they would have been if done in person--maybe even better because I was not wound up from having to fight traffic. Taking an academic approach was not quite what her spirit had in mind, and she eventually found her way to the Kripalu Yoga and Holistic Health center in Western Massachusetts. There, she learned basic energy balancing as part of a Holistic Health Educator month-long program, and thus embarked on a journey with various forms of energy work. At her first Reiki class, she felt the small voice inside wake up and say “this is it, this is what you have been looking for!” That was 1988, when Reiki Mastership involved a long and expensive apprenticeship. But over the years, she followed opportunities for workshops and experiences which fueled the inner healer. She did eventually receive the Reiki Master training, and moved on to other emerging modalities. In addition to energy work, Kimberly also dabbles in herbalism, weaving, writing and web design. She works professionally in the Information Technology department of an international company. Her primary focus today is the EMF Balancing Technique®, an evolutionary, empowering process.
